Balwin has no regard for their neighbours.

Not for me but my parents.

They obliterate the local ecosystems with their ugly, uniform apartments. They built uphill from my parents who live in an estate. There were a few severe rainstorms (4 times in two years now) that caused flooding. Guess where it went? into my parent's and their neighbour's back yards, flooding their gardens and houses. They could have died! I am not joking. It was bad. I wish that I could show pictures of this, and it was all because of their incompetence as well as ignorance and a reluctance to actually do anything. They will be being sued in 2023, so they may get what they deserve.
