Balwin dishonesty

Bought property at Paardevlei Lifestyle Estate in 2021, had our ups and downs with them and the managing agent, but this week was just the best of it all. We received a letter, together with our monthly statement that the developer, who is also now a trustee, decided to add a levy on our parking areas, R250 per parking per month. No consultation, no meeting, just blatant disregard for the rest of us. We will see them in court, please never buy from them, dishonest bunch.
