BALWIN DEGRADES ENVIRONMENT

We were sold properties in Balboa Park, Oakdene, developed by BALWIN with the attraction of a nature trail. At the beginning of this year Balwin Properties decided to cut some trees on the property they own through which this nature trail should run - which is adjacent to Balboa Park. My apartment is directly in view of where this was done. The result has been most unpleasing aesthetically. Now from our balconies we see tree stumps and dead branches everywhere. And worst of all there is ******* scattered on this piece of land - plastic, bottles, paper, disregarded clothing etc. What was once scenically pleasing now looks like a ******* dump from some of the balconies of an "upmarket" Balwin apartment. The fact that Balwin would mindlessly degrade the aesthetics of the surroundings of a property that they developed, after selling the property and acquiring their profits, brings into question their integrity! I wonder how this reckless treatment of the environment in this instance reflects on their “eco-friendly, top-quality Green Collection lifestyle estates"?
