Balwin builds unsustainable

Balwin has built The Reid without considering the impact on the electricity grids. We have had repeated outages and they continue to build more units without waiting for the outside infrastructure to be upgraded. It just gets worse and worse and they keep selling more and more units. The residents have to deal with this nonsense atleast once a week where we left without power for hours. Something needs to be done about this!!!?
