Balwin - Awful standards and service

Balwin has claimed on 3 occasions now to have repaired snags to my unit. Instead they've done nothing and continuously close these snag lists. I've got leaks from my ceiling - however I'm on floor 2 of a 3 story development. One would think that having a concrete slab above you would not result in leaks. Unfortunately this seems to be a common issue in the estate that Balwin developed ie. Grove Lane
