Balwin and Netvendor

Not a good investment to purchase property for yourself to reside in. They seem to be using Netvendor as the utility service provider and not prepaid machines, which has caused numerous residents distress. Netvendor has been ripping residents off completely and it seems Balwin has not addressed this matter at all.

Would be better if they had prepaid meters installed per apartment.
