Balwin Amsterdam pathetic service from STss company.

I have been staying at Balwin properties Amsterdam in Olivedale for the past 11 months and I have been ****** off my money due to ''physical reading of the unit meter'' throughout. What makes it worse is that their billing system is never consistent! It never makes sense and when you ask you are given pictures of a meter you do not even know where it is located!

I live with my fiance and there has not been any time where we have added any electrical appliances however it so happens that I owed close to R600 which was just debited from my account and when I ask they say '' as per physical meter reading''

I asked to be called to discuss as we do not have money laying around not once was I called !!!!! I am given a standardized mail response that speaks absolutely nothing to my query.

I am so glad we decided to rent and not buy, you are literally held ransom because they know there is NOTHING you can do, if you don't pay lights off!!!! I am glad I am moving out end of this month you guys are absolutely pathetic I am disgusted by how you treat your tenants its appalling.

You want to be stress free? stay away from this place that vaguely chows your money!
