Baldwin Properties - The Jade

Paardevlei development, The Jade. Damp issues in closet in bedroom, which according to them poor ventilation. It is clear it is damp which is coming from exterior wall and not mildew caused by poor ventilation. Doesnt matter who you talk to, it is shrugged off. Lost a tenant of 7 months due to this! Very unsatisfied and will never again get involved with shoddy Baldwin mass produced properties!!!!!
