Bad workmanship, attitude and everything at The Blyde

I am utterly disappointed in Balwin Properties as a resident of The Blyde, supposedly to be one of the nicest complexes in South Africa by The Blyde. Unfortunately it is abundantly clear that residents whether renting or owners are being treated as if one is being done a favour because a Lagoon was built in the complex...The reason being the workmanship is ridiculously disgusting, especially the finishing off of the units. Amongst other things, the attitude of the personnel as if you being done a favour living in a nice complex and the pathetic treatment of residents, owners as well and the rules of the swimming times and the lifestyle centre is also ridiculous. Yes the place cannot be open to the public and yes a lot of strict measures need to be taken to keep the integrity but people are not hooligans. And on top of that, the hooligans that live there and that are from outside need to be dealt with correctly and singled out so that the respectable people inside the complex are treated properly. And this dogs business with white people and their privileges better than non-white people at the estate need to change drastically. The white people there think they have rights for their animals like they always have had during Apartheid years up until now and this should stop...This should not continue in this manner!
