If you want a headache, invest in an apartment here. If. you're looking for regrets in your life, try Balwin. Balwin is most definitely for you if you're feeling adventurous and don't have enough excitement in life. This has to be the worst investment I have ever made. I regret every moment of it. Since I moved in last September, I have been complaining about the leakage in my apartment; sadly, my complaints keep falling on deaf ears. Paying millions for a ****py apartment is enough to give me grey hair at a young age. I do not understand why and how they would sell us a faulty apartment and refuse to take responsibility for it. They have not fixed the problem, and it's really frustrating.

If there's anyone who knows what legal actions I can take towards this, your help will be highly appreciated or if it's possible, to resell this damn apartment back to them because I have had it.
