ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!

I live at the Blyde Estate and we constantly do not have electricity it is the worst investment I have made. Power is out for 3 and 4 days at a time multiple times a month. I have had to throw rotting food away and my T.V has been damaged twice due to the power surges. Also, construction is poor I have been dealing with damp for a year now. I have logged many snags and they just paint over it. I am planning on selling this ******* apartment and buying at an estate that knows how to keep the lights on at least!! I would urge people to stay away from purchasing a Balwin property. The Blyde is not the only Balwin estate that has these issues. It seems like they do not do proper planning when putting up estates. They buy land cheap and put up a hundreds of low quality units. Quantity over Quality. - Disgusted
