Absolutely DISGUSTED!! SHAME ON YOU BALWIN PROPERTIES

I am absolutely disgusted in how this property developer conducts business!! At the Polofields Estate, Waterfall construction has been going on inside the estate next to our bedroom windows without warning for more than 2 months!!! MONDAY TO SUNDAY with no rest!!! We have reached out to the company on email, instagram and even met with estate managers but NOTHING!!! NO RESPONSE!! I am not surprised because I see on every post here “the business has not responded”

As far as I know construction is not allowed before 7 am and after 6 pm Monday to Saturday and not at all on a sunday!! But week in and week out they are building and making immense amounts of noise with heavy machinery, shouting, drilling, banging even from 6 am and we’ll after 6 pm!!!!

I am appalled by how a company can be so money hungry and simply ignore the people who live in their developments.

NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever from them!! We were not even informed of the construction starting thats how disgusting their behavior is!!!

Never in my life have I dealt with such terrible management and blatant disregard to residents!!!

SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!
