Unhappy Client - No Balustrades installed in 4 months

I had numerous companies Quote on Stainless Steel Balustrades for my newly renovated building project. Balustrade Studio as one on the Companies I enquired with. I met with a Friendly sales team, which were able to assist with all the details required for the Balustrade Project at hand. The service I received from the Sales team was fantastic, I had dealing s with them a number of years ago, and managed to track them down... I was told that they had just started with Balustrade Studio I was offered great service from the Sales team at the time of their employment with Balustrade Studio, such a pity the same can not be said for the owner of the Company

It is almost 4 months now, and I have NO Stainless Steel Balustrades installed.. I paid a decent Deposit amount to Balustrade Studio in good faith that the Job would be done... I am still waiting!

I cant get hold of the owner and when I do, I receive empty promises time and time again To make matters worse I believe Balustrade Studio (a one man band) is still operating and it is business as usual.... unbelievable

I do hope the that the Sales team that worked for Balustrade Studio have moved to a reputable Company, we come down hard on the Reps for not doing thier dealings correctly, we forget that there is a bigger Chief involved
