What a joke!!

Two reborn doll was ordered on the 27 November 2015 and deposit paid. This supplier has not responded to forms of communication sent. I telephonically reached the supplier on 15 December and was assured not to worry that my dolls would reach me by 21 / 22 December 2015, in time for Christmas. The dolls never reached me and no further communication was received from this supplier, I have numerous messages sent urging feedback that have been left unanswered. On 30 December the supplier posted on Facebook that they have move premises and a shipment was lost - 1ST MENTION OF THIS. I have requested my deposit be refunded to me but yet too date nothing has been refunded and NO emails, phone calls or messages have been answered. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, I hope that in future people research their suppliers thoroughly to avoid something like this happening again.
