Taking money without delivering

I ordered my doll from Rina in July 2015 with the promise that the doll will be delivered in 5 weeks. Its January 2016 and Im still waiting. People are complaining on her Facebook page, Baltorina's peek a boo babies, looks like no one is getting their dolls. Why is this woman *****ing peoples money? Because she will take your money and then disappear.
