Balton don't want to replace my 1TB seagate HDD

<p>Hi, I bought 1TB external HDD on 05/11/2015 at Balton Electronics Carlton Center. It worked fine fine after I bought it and it started to give problems begin of April 2016, when I connect it it doesn't detect anymore and it never fallen down.</p> <p>I took it back to Balton Electronics at Carlton Center on the 12/04/2016 so that they can fix it for me, or if they cant fix it then replace it as it was faulty, they told me to they have to sent it to the third-party for repair/replacement.</p> <p>I went there today to check if the issue has been sorted, only to find out that it was not sorted and told that I must buy a new one as I can't get a replacement and again the USB cable was not inside the package, they told me to leave it so that they can get a USB cable.</p> <p>I'm not happy with their service.
