No regard for Affected Parties

This company is busy with a renovation project on my neighbors property. They seem to be contravening the codes by working on Sundays making significant noise. They all so park the road almost closed making it hazardous for driving in the neighborhood. Construction has been done outside of the building lines without building plans for which I have formally complained to the City of Cape Town. Have not seen the correct Health and Safety procedures on site as well. If this is what they think about the affected community I would not want to see their workmanship.
