Very bad customer service

Was stopped today by security as I was leaving the store cause I had a item in my pocket that they didn't even stock, not even a apology from the security or supervisor that went to check the selves, lucky I was lunch and did not have enough time to give them a piece of my mind they wasted my time customer service sucks big time
