No Refund stupid rule - poor attitude administration

Balmoral College in Boksburg ( ********** )is very very disappointing. About 2 weeks back we registered our kid who is currently in Grade R, the registration was for 2019 academic year whereby he would be doing his Grade 1. The stuff insisted on paying the R1,100.00 upfront as a registration fee. They said only next year we would be paying the tuition fee of which the registration fee does not form part of it. We paid and we were given the receipt, a life changer even then happened in family and the kid unfortunately would no longer be going to that school next year, I went passed the school for a refund, and was told too bad, THEY DONT GIVE REFUNDS OUT, but the space would be given to another kid(which I applause) but then what happens to the refund then. Very poor administration with poor admin staff with attitude. My name is Lesiba. **********
