False hope

We’ve been going Balmoral College since the 10th of January to enrol our son at their school. Everyday we were being turned away and told to come back the next day, and when you show up the next day they make us wait all day and only tell us at 13:30 to come back the next day. We understand that they can’t just accept everyone however how about some honesty and transparency. We lost out on any opportunities to enrol at other schools as they kept giving us false hope. By the end of the week our kids had missed out on 3 days of school due to false hopes and promises. If you do not have capacity to take on new learners just be honest with parents and save us time and money.
