Balmoral College Please Clean Up Your Act

I am sick and tired of the service of this school. Their phones are always not working when you need to call and get information from them. The finance department is in shambles, i tried to send an email to inquire about an outstanding amount that I need to pay and to also get their banking details and the email address bounced. Went to the school to try and get a statement and was told that their offline. They are always offline and our kids are in this school. They also really need to update their website because the information there is clearly wrong.
