NOT REPAIRING UPS AND CHARGING R8000.00 - WARNING

We needed 3 UPS repaired - 2 small ones and then 1 big one. Firstly we asked Arthur to give us a quote but instead he went ahead and supposedly repaired them without our confirmation and acceptance with an Order Number. We could not get the UPS's from his workshop if we didn't pay him R14000.00. So, with the gun at our heads we paid Via Eft R14000.00 - the 2 small ones were repaired and tested because they worked but when we tested the big UPS it would not work, we called Arthur to come out and have a look and Deon even asked him why he did not test it to make sure it worked. On his invoice it states REPAIRS GUARANTEED FOR 3 MONTHS ON WORK DONE AND WORKMANSHIP??? He does not seem to know what the problem is but he charged us. We told him that he must pay back the R8000.00 and he said that we must do what we have to do!!!!! This is not the way to run a Company and I just want to warn people out there to becareful of using him because he does not stick to what he says. I think all he wants is to make a quick buck out of people and that is not professional at all. He now will not answer any of our calls to discuss this matter. Losing R8000.00 is not a joke please believe me.
