SPAM email by Balltron

After numerous attempts I managed to cancel my Balltron membership a couple of months ago. Thereafter I still received SPAM sms's and emails to which I complained. Today I again received a SPAM email from Balltron. I am no longer a Balltron member and they have NO permission to contact me in ANY way
