BALLITO PANEL BEATERS POOR QUALITY OF WORK

My car went to BALLITO PANEL BEATERS, the lady that work there called me to inform that Outsurance has approved them to repair my car.

The first week was full of lies and misleading information, and all they were doing was to order extra parts for the car, the parts were wrong, when I questioned them, they told me it was normal.

Then the dates kept changing and finally I got my car back OMG

1. I called to inform BALLITO PANEL BEATERS I'm on my way, they told me car ready 2. I arrived only to find out that the car was not at BALLITO PANEL BEATERS but at wheel aliment 3. 3 hours later the cars arrives, only to find out that BALLITO PANEL BEATERS could not show me the wheel aliment certificate, and that it was a false statement on there side 4. The paint was still went and the car had orange peal all over, the paint work was that of a 10 year old 5. The doors were not aligned and was damaging the paint every-time you open them 6. The car had overs spray inside and on all the trim 7. my leather seats were damaged from them using my car as a storage for parts I was so disappointing that I fixed the car at my own cost and still waiting for Outsource or BALLITO PANEL BEATERS to repay me I have photos to prove the above
