Game ballito pathetic service

Good day, I write this letter directed to " Game stores Ballito Junction" I am absolutely disgusted with the type of service i have received from Game. I have been calling in to Game ballito junction to enquire about a certain electronic product. The lady at switchboard transfers me to all kinds of departments except the department i need to be transfered to. Every department rings and does not get answered. I have wasted so many hours trying to get ahold of them. I have been shopping in ballito for many years and i dont need to go all the way to another mall when there is one in my community.

Please send this email to them and see that this problem is resolved.
