Ballito Estates = Worst Estate Management Company in the WORLD

The most *********** estate management company I think in the world. They employ useless managers on the cheap, have no plan in place for "maintenance" and are useless to communicate with. If you are investing your hard earned money in buying a place and the management company is Ballito Estates, please, RUN For THE hills. Your investment will be wasted, you will battle to keep tenants who get treated like second class citizens, you will be sitting on a white elephant as they say. Ballito Groves has got to be the most poorly run place ive ever lived. Im going for a month without hot water and NOTHING has been done other than a standard generic response. Please RUN, don't invest if you see their stamp anywhere.
