Lack of professionalism and attention to detail.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this panel beater and cannot recommend them based on my experiences. This has been one of the worst customer service and repair experiences I have ever encountered. The repairs took an unacceptably long time, and communication was not followed through with the questions and requests that had been asked. Messages, and requests for updates were repeatedly ignored, leaving me constantly chasing answers and wondering what was happening with my vehicle. When I finally received my vehicle back, it was obvious that little care had been taken with the repairs. Incorrect parts were fitted, unauthorized parts fitted and then had to be removed, several issues remained unresolved, Error light on my dashboard is on, window switches are damaged and it was clear that no proper quality checks had been carried out twice before the vehicle was handed over. It is completely unacceptable to return a vehicle to a customer without proper checks of workmanship been done. What makes this even worse is that this was not my first bad experience with them. A previous vehicle of mine was also repaired here, and after waiting an unreasonable amount of time for parts, it was returned with dents and scratches that were not there when I handed it in. To have the same issues repeated on another vehicle shows a complete lack of professionalism and attention to detail. The combination of excessive delays, poor workmanship, lack of communication, incorrect parts being fitted, and the apparent absence of any meaningful quality control has completely destroyed my confidence in this business. I trusted this company with my vehicles and deeply regret that decision. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this panel beater to think carefully before doing so. Based on my experience, I will never use their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.
