Bad Service

Service experience was very bad, irrespective of the communication my check in was delayed by 3 hours and had to find a place to buy time. The online checkin was not explained. My day of checkin was absolutely a disaster. No cleaning services arranged but charged almost R1000 for cleaning up of property upon my departure. I will definitely never recommend them and not going back there next visit.
