Refundable Deposit, not refundable it seems

We booked a holiday via Ballito Accomodation for December 2015 till 5th of January. We were forced to pay a refundable breakage deposit months in advance. They force you to sign a document that waives them from giving back your interest on the refundable deposit. Which goes against the CPA if I'm not mistaken? <br> <br> Our business was concluded on the 5th of Jan 2016. There was no damage to the unit leased, so a full refundable deposit is in order. I have had four phone calls to request my refundable deposit back, everytime to be told its being done \today"or this Friday. <br> <br> Book using their service at your own perill. Ballito Accomodation has no intention of sticking to their own contracts. I can see the business model now"
