Ballito Accomodation Skiathos 18

So I made a booking more than six months ago for a family vacation now in November. We went to collect the keys from the agency - Ballito accomodation only to be informed that the owner next door is doing renovations (after confirming the booking last week Thursday and not being notified of this prior to our arival) and then being requested to choose other accommodation not even to the same standard. After having to make and receive numerous calls in this regard the owner also didn't want to compensate for the disruptance. My payment was paid in full more than 6 months ago - maybe a lesson learned but ja if this is the manner in which this owner and this agency does business the i would just like to warn the fellow vacationers to not make any bookings through Ballito Accommodations or at Skiathos number 18....... very disappointed......
