I wrote a review about this company last week and would like to provide an update to it. I received a call from Stavro to follow up. He said that the person I had spoken to was very new to the company and he would make sure she received additional training. He heard the copies of the phone calls. He managed the situation well and I have no doubt that they care about their customer experience after our phone call. He assured me that this was probably just an isolated incident and usually they are very competent and handle queries efficiently. I will try and deal with them again.
