disgusting service

I tried to purchase Fire Marshal reflective Vests. I was helped by a very *********** lady Maritsa who kept invoicing me in the wrong companies details after I sent her a detailed email with exactly what I need on the invoice. She then told me the company's name wont fit in the block on the invoice and that she is actually doing me a favor as the quantity is very low that I am ordering. I think this is disgusting service and even more so attitude. Our sister company purchases from them but I will definitely rethink if it is worth placing orders with a company that treats their clients this way.
