Faulty GPS Watch. No Satisfactory Action

My Bryton Cardio 60 GPS Watch has been faulty since day 1. Within the first month my screen went black, I phoned Ballistic Bike Trading and Terrence told me how to reset the unit, my question was why should this be necessary the response was that the unit does this!??.I had to reset the unit periodically from there onward. In December last year I went riding in the rain and the unit fogged up it dried again and during a subsequent ride it started raining again and this time unit got totally wet and never recovered. contacted them again requesting their intended action and that I would report the matter on HP and Social Media, I then received an insulting call from their Manager demanding to know why I wanted to report this on Social media when I did not give them time to resolve the matter, after an exchange of mails and supplying the POP he requested I send the unit to them which I did. It has been a month since I heard from them and just sent them another mail. I have been without the use of the unit for 9 Months, The matter was reported to Ballistic Bike Trading well before the 1 Year Warranty period expired and was used only as intended.
