Bad client services

<p>So i booke dthis venue for a friend s babyshower, sadly she lost the baby and we had to cancel the shower. I wrote to the manager explaining to her our situation and she agreed to refun me the R700 that was already paid for securing the venue. Now 3 weeks later im still chasing after her for my refund. Each day she promises she will repay it. I v sent tons of emails and sms'es and she doesnt answer her phone. </p> <p> </p> <p>If you ever want to do business at this place or with these people change your mind. You will not get full cooperation. Getting the quote was a hassle in the first place. I should have know right then that they have no regard for customers.</p>
