Don't be fooled! Missing with deposit

I have dealt with Erik from Baljay Showers many times before. I still cannot believe the guy has fleeced me. He took my deposit and everyday he says he is coming to install it and then has some excuse as to why he hasn't come. Today he didn't pitch again and has switched off his phone. Do not deal with him. Very sad that someone so good has gone so so bad!
