Poor service delivery

I saw a car for sale 2017 Ford Ranger Wildtrack CDI 3.2 on the internet, Carfind.co.za. I called the dealer and they told me the car is available. submitted the necessary documents, minutes later I was told I got pre-approval, 3 days went by, I was told my car is in for point check. but only after two days again when I inquired what is taking so long for the deal to go through, I was told the car steering wheel rack needed to be changed. So basically the car that was advertised not roadworthy and they failed to disclose that information. They sell cars, shouldn't they check before advertising the car and putting a price on it if it warranties the price in terms of its condition.

I was excited waiting for a car, only to be told I must tell them if I want to cancel the deal. So to hell with my emotions and how excited I was to do business with them. So I have to continue searching because they didn't care how this would affect me. A simple disclosure on their adverti*****t would have gone a long way to tell the client. the car has a few problems that we gonna attend to and then we will inform you when it is done and then we can proceed with the purchase, or they do the repairs on the car, and inform the clients of the repairs that they made on the car and let the client make a well informed decision whether to go ahead with a purchase or not, because it doesn't make sense why didn't they do inspections and sport checks on their cars before advertising them.

What was this exercise.

False adverti*****t.
