False / misleading advertising

Advertise holiday unit with items thats not there or available , no braai as per advert, no king bed as per request, not wheelchair friendly as requested, Dstv not in working order we paid almost R2000 per night for the comforts requested and promised but not recieved. Still trying to get our deposit back.....also allot of stories from the manager Karin.
