False Advertising

We booked a place as advertised with a small veranda in front of the room. Instead we got shoved into a room which looked like it was once a reception area. The room was dark and cold. The electric plugs were dangerous and the lights kept flickering. The bedding was old and looked like it had not been changed since the previous guest. We had no privacy whatsoever as our room faced the parking area. There was not enough parking so a car was parked right outside our front door. There is no reception area so the guests kept knocking on our door day and night. Luckily I was there with my sister because if we were on honeymoon there would have been no chance for romance. This was the worst experience I have had at a lodge. Their rates are high which was fine butone would expect to get what they advertise. This lodge is all about money and filling up space. It was terrible!!!
