Poor professional teeth cleaning service rendered!!

The staff are very welcoming however, I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. I booked an appointment for a professional teeth cleaning, but the entire process took less than 15 minutes. This included the examination, scaling, and polishing, which was very shocking to me. A proper professional cleaning should take significantly longer. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt, but my teeth did not feel clean the way they normally do after a professional cleaning. When I got home and examined my teeth closely, I was shocked to still see visible tartar. I contacted the clinic via their WhatsApp line to raise my concern, but the response I received felt dismissive and uncaring. I was told that what I was seeing were “stains” that could not be removed through cleaning and that I should consider teeth whitening instead. The exact response from them_" Goodday, there are some stains on the teeth that can not be removed by dental cleaning procedure but the procedure but by the teeth whitening one . Would you like to know more about it maybe?"- WHAT?? WHAT DO YOU MEAN?? This response did not address my concern at all. Tartar buildup is not the same as stains, and suggesting a different service instead of acknowledging incomplete cleaning felt like an attempt to upsell rather than resolve the issue. This was my first visit to this dental clinic, and unfortunately, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the service and the way my concern was handled.
