Unprofessional Customer Service regarding refund as promised.

Our Company received very unprofessional service from Baleka Projects .......They advertised Flow Bins for sale. We paid them R 7200.00 for 3 flow bins. We only received 2 bins, when we inspected them, we noticed that they were very dirty and could not be used for drinking water at all. It was never stated on the advert that the bins were second hand and could not be used for drinking water. When we called the owner Mr. Bold van Ryhn, regarding the issue and that we need a refund on the bins. He said he was glad to assist in the refund, but when asked when the refund will be done, we have been given empty promises. We have now been struggling for more than 2 months to get our refund......that just never happens. After numerous phone calls, emails etc, and many promises to pay, we have still not received any refund.
