Horrible service whiles making reservations

I am stunned. I just spoke to the most rudest manager hailing from what is meant to be a reputable restaurant (Balducci). Riaan lost his cool with me first, just because I told him it might be an inconvenience for me to print the voucher because I'm from out of town, can I show him the confirmation on my phone rather, or mail it to him? He then further made it clear that is was a mistake making him manager by insulting my intelligence when I highlighted that it is not favorable COVID-19 practice to exchange print outs. He said and I quote "Do I work at Wikideals? ". This is going to be my first experience at the restaurant on the 17th December. I hope the service in person is no where close to what it is over the phone. Surely there should be alternatives to printouts for the sake of being and staying safe during these troubling times. As for the service, I suggest the restaurant do something about Riaan. He is not the right representive for portraying Balducci's customer orientated reputation in a positive manner.
