Baldeos Pathetic Service

On Friday the 27th November i made a booking online for 7pm. When i arrived there at 6:55pm, my table was given to someone else and we stood around waiting 10 mins before they tried to arrange a table for us. It was quiet annoying considering that all bookings was to be done online and yet many people showed up without making a booking and where accommodated not considering the tables that were already booked for. Eventually a table was arranged for us. We showed them our voucher and i asked to first place my 3year olds ribs and chips meal first and make sure it comes early. after an hour long wait with no food and no service we had to ask the manager where is our order. Our meals came but it was just the chicken and probably 10 prawns which was not even 1kg as advertised...and still my son's meal did not arrive. The lady comes to us and tells us, sorry she had forgotten to place his meal.....like really how does one forget to place an order when you clearly wrote it down!They also added a service charge to the total bill inclusive of the voucher without asking and say you can pay if want but dont have too, why would we pay and to whom when we had **** service!!!!!
