VERY BAD SERVICE

This has to be the most disappointing Attorneys I have ever come across. It has been two years since I sold my property. To date, I am still being given the run around with regard to transferring the property into the new owner's name, even though the Letter of Executorship has already been issued. I even had to travel to Joburg High Court with my own money to follow up on the issuing of this letter, which was in February already. More than 7 months later, still no progress has been made with my case. They never give feedback. Always "in consultation" whenever you try to contact the Attorney in charge of my case. Never return calls... VERY FRUSTRATING. Is it because I am black? I wonder if this is the same treatment white people get from this company. I am based in Vereening and it costs a lot to travel to their offices in Harrismith for unsatisfactory service. I WILL NEVER recommend their service to anyone. BAD SERVICE is the order of the day here. Remember, when you are applying for a bond at the bank, you have a right to choose your own Attorney for transferring and registration. DO NOT make the mistake of allowing the bank to choose an Attorney for you. You might just end up with companies like this one. From Limakatso Mwale.
