Bad service

We are currently receiving the worst service. Attorney doesn't even bother to respond to my dad's emails. I had to go on behalf of my dad just to get the letter of executorship. We were told that the Master's office has not assigned our Mom's estate a number only to find through another lawyer that the number was already given to the law firm the time they went to open a file. We basically doing the attorney's job for him and everytime we ask for feedback we get no response or are **** to or given another clients' case "mistakenly". It's been 3 years of running after the lawyer with little to no communication. My mom passed away in 2022 but we still haven't been able to conclude the estate because the attorney isn't giving our case enough time and attention. I'm beyond dissatisfied.
