Bad attitude and poor service

I bought a few items including a headboard from this shop at beginning of August 2014, and I was promised delivery in a few days. I only received the items at the end of September (2months) later after I complained, with no apology or remorse shown. I returned the headboard as it didn't fit, they refused to refund me and gave me a lame story about the it being custom made. I then picked a different item as replacement - chest of draws. In February 2015, it was still not delivered. I went back to the shop, once again they spun some story blaming their suppliers. I then picked two chairs as another replacement and today (16/07) they call me to tell me the chairs are ready for delivery (5 months later). No apology for the late delivery at all, instead the guy tells me I owe them money. I asked what for and he responds with an extremely rude, condescending &amp
