Balans has the worst customer care

I paid for an order last Friday and was assured by whoever that was chatting with me on WhatsApp that my parcel would be delivered on Monday.

So yesterday it was Monday I cancel all my plans and I await a delivery that never came, no phone call no message, nada.

It's Tuesday I decide if these people won't contact me let me contact them and the person chatting with me was so arrogant and defensive even his/her apology was full of arrogance.

This is the worst online store experience I ever had, as a business person I am shocked that there are shops out there who treat customers in such a demeaning manner.

So please buy at Balans at your own risk their customer service and telephone etiquette is the worst.

Will never buy anything from this store again I wish I had known I would have ordered elsewhere I am so hurt and disappointed.
