Not Natural and healthy as advertised

I've recently started my health nutritional journey. A friend of mine living in Bloemfontein recommended that I should have a look at the Balans health website as they promote themselves as a healthy natural product retailer. Was quite shocked to see a brand called Titan supplement stocked, which is packed with so much unhealthy artificial ingredients. It's quite misleading of them to portray themselves as a healthy natural and organic retailer. I'd rather just stick to Dischem.
