terrible service

I attended my graduation on the 8th of July 2015 where Bala govender and son where hired for video and photography of the event.on arrival we were told by the above mentioned company that all photographs were compulsory. Four photos at a cost of R200 each and R80 for postage.my family paid cash for it and did not question the high price or the forcefulness of the photography company.i then called them today and was assisted by a very rude indian lady who said that the photos have already been taken and she will speak to the manager, Mr govender.she rushed to get me off the telephone and almost hung up without even taking down my contact details.once I gave her my number she just slammed the phone now. I would just like to say that was such pathetic and rude service and furthermore so wrong of that company to push newly qualified people such as myself into such high costs.i simply wanted to ask of I could at least cancel two of the four photos which would be more affordable for the working class person. Terrible service and I would not recommend the use of such rude and dishonest people
