Suggestion actually implemented

I contacted Bakwena regarding an issue of an e-tag lane at the Doornpoort Toll Plaza. I requested that an e-tag lane be placed on the far left in order to get off at the nearby exit (Dr Swanepoel). About 2 weeks later I noticed that my suggestion had been implemented. I was totally impressed! I sent my suggestion to Charmaine and she actually passed it onto someone who could authorise this request.
