people die because of animals

yesterday two people died when crashing into ***s on the highway at majakaneng towards Rustenburg. after my accident a week ago with a goat and complaining to bakwena about this there is still nothing being done about the goats and ***s on this high way. Bakwenas patrol vehicles are useless and not doing their job I cant understand how this can be allowed take the animals away fine the owners shoot the animals, what ever it takes or more people will die. I expect this to be sorted out as we use this road every day and we pay to use it
